What do I do if I am having technical problems?
Indo Imports works best with the most current version of your preferred web browser. If you want to update your browser, please click here for Netscape or click here for Microsoft Internet Explorer. If the version of your browser is not the issue, do not hesitate to email or call us. We will do our best to solve the problem.
How can I get a Indo Imports print catalog?
Our product line is constantly changing, at this time our only catalog is available online.
Is there a Indo Imports store I can visit?
We currently don't have a fixed retail location. We are confirmed for Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles in July and The California State Fair in August. If you are interested in meeting us there send us an email for me specific details.
How do I rush an exchange?
There are no extra shipping charges for exchanges. If you need an exchanged item in a rush, call us and we will start processing your new item and ship it to you as soon as possible. No need to wait for your exchange to reach us, but we will have to bill your credit card again, and credit your credit card back when the exchanged item reaches us.
What does "backorder" mean?
An item which is on backorder or notes a "waiting period" for shipment will not be available for immediate shipment. Backorder items are shipped when they arrive in our warehouse separately from other items purchased on the same order. We will ship backorder items with no extra shipping fees. We do not offer express shipping on backorder items. Please give yourself ample time to receive your order for special occasions.
What are my payment options?
Indo Imports accepts payment by credit card (Visa,MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
How secure are my credit card transaction?
Your credit card information is completely secure with Indo Imports. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Indo Imports. For more information about security on our site, please review our Privacy Statement.
What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges depend on the final destination. You will be given your shipping price when you check out if you are shipping via air freight. All sea freight shipments you will be contacted by an Indo Imports representative.
What about customs and duty in my country?
We cannot be responsible for your local customs and tax laws. All prices quoted do not include local import or VAT tax.
Do you ship to foreign countries?
Yes, Indo Imports is a global company and we can ship just about anywhere worldwide via one of the three major carriers: UPS, DHL or FedEx
Is there sales tax?
No
What is your return policy?
There are absolutely no cash returns short of product that turns up broken. We need to be notified within 3 days of receiving your product of broken merchandise.
My jewelry is not exactly as pictured, why is this?
The jewelry that you see in the picture and the jewelry you will receive may have slight variations in color and style. All of the jewelry is made in indigenous villages in Indonesia by hand. Supplies aren't always readily available - in short that is what makes the jewelry so unique - your jewelry will always be of the same theme but sometimes have slight variations.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please also be aware that fabrics often come in different dye lots. While ever effort is made to make sure colors match within a particular line, sometimes there is a slight variation.
IMAGE AND COPY USAGE
All images, written copy, and website design are the property of Indo Imports. Usage of these assets without proper approval or contractual consent from Indo Imports will be considered a copyright violation and legal restitution will be pursued.

Indo Imports may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Indo Imports has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Indo Imports is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Indo Imports accepts the following forms of payment:

Enter your name and billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card and credit card statement. We will only ship to the registered address of the particular credit card you are using. If you are using an alternative shipping address, please call your credit card company and have them add this new address as an authorized address. This will allow your purchase to authorize. Purchases made with Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check will be shipped upon verification of authenticity.
Shipping Guidelines
Many of the items offered at Indo Imports are drop-shipped, coming directly from the designer's studios. Due to the uniqueness and sometimes limited supply of goods, we ask that you allow up to an average 4 to 7 business-day lead time before your order is shipped. In many cases your items will be shipped the same or next day, but may come from various locations in the U.S. Please make special note of the “Shipping Advice” on each item. If there is an expected backorder beyond the advised time, you will be notified via email.
You may receive shipments from multiple designers/manufacturers. You will only be charged a single shipping fee regardless of how many packages are shipped to you.
If ordering for a special occasion, please email us for product availability and estimated ship date to make sure your order arrives in time for your event.
Most shipments will be made via DHL Worldwide Express Service.
DHL Tracking numbers are available upon request, 24 hours after order has been shipped.
Indo Imports will ship to addresses in the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and some U.S. Territories. At this time we are unable to ship to other locations

Delivery will be within 1 to 3 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse/source. Deliveries are done Monday through Saturday (excluding National Holidays). Overnight delivery is not available at this time.
Shipping charges
The shipping charges that you receive are exactly what we pay. We don't believe in padding the shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Using the Return/Exchange Form included with your order, please fill out the required information, and send it back along with the Invoice (or copy of your Invoice) with your returned merchandise. All Indo Imports returned or exchanged merchandise is to be shipped to our centralized Return Center.

A copy or original Indo Imports invoice MUST be shipped back with your merchandise.
We recommend that you insure and track your package. Indo Imports is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
You should expect credit to your account within the next 14 business days after we have received and processed your return. Credit can only be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase, or other original form of payment. If a coupon was used with the order, the coupon may be voided for certain conditions. For example, if a coupon for $10.00 off a minimum purchase of $50.00 was used and the items kept do not total $50.00, then the coupon will be voided and the $10.00 deducted from the credit due.
If making an exchange, please fill out the Return/Exchange form and indicate the item#, size or color you would like. You may also add new items on this form. There will be NO charge for shipping your exchanged items back to you, or any new ones you may add. If the item(s) requested are not available, you will be notified by email.
